Gala Organ Dedication Recital and Dinner

Gala Organ Dedication Recital and Dinner

The Episcopal Church of the Good Samaritan, together with the Salem Chapter of the American Guild of Organists, cordially invites you to this gala recital and dinner.

In celebration of the newly expanded and revised Casavant/Hochhalter organ at Church of the Good Samaritan in Corvallis, featuring rising star organist and winner of the 2022 National Young Artists Competition in Organ Performance, Mr. James Kealey, this dedication recital is a free, unticketed, public event, held in our sanctuary.

April 16th, 4pm
Free public recital in the Sanctuary
Dinner to follow ($25 tickets)
Reserve your dinner ticket by April 2nd

Immediately after the recital will follow a celebratory on-site Gala Dinner in honor of the
instrument, its builders Lanny and Judy Hochhalter, and recitalist James Kealey. Tickets for the
dinner are limited, priced at $25 per person, and must be reserved no later than April 2nd.

Beginning with appetizers no later than 5:30pm, dinner will be served buffet-style and will include options for both vegetarian and gluten-free guests.

Interested parties may reserve tickets for the Gala Dinner by emailing Zachary Duell at
z.a.duell@gmail.com, or by calling the church during office hours (541-757-6647, Monday through Thursday, 9am to 4pm). Please include your name(s), number of guests, and a contact phone number. Payment for dinner tickets may be made at the door via cash, credit or debit card, or check.

We hope you will join us to celebrate the completion of the pipe organ at Good Samaritan: the final large project of Lanny and Judy Hochhalter prior to their retirement.
