The Shrove Tuesday Follies

On the eve of Lent, the day before Ash Wednesday, we celebrate Shrove Tuesday (Mardi Gras) with pancakes and a talent show. We call it The Follies.

A quiet, spoken service with the Imposition of the Ashes, held in the middle of the week.

Sunday Said Eucharist with the Great Litany

A quiet service spoken in Elizabethan English (Rite I in the Book of Common Prayer). Afterward, come to Simpson Hall for coffee, tea, snacks, conversation, and a fireplace.

Adult Ed: Hymn Singing as Prayer (Early)

Explore the importance of hymns as prayer in the Episcopal tradition with Zachary Duell, our Director of Music. Each adult ed class is offered twice: first at 9:15am-10:15am, and again at noon-1pm; drop in at whichever time is convenient for you.
