Sundays@3 Concert: Dr. Katherine Webb

Dr. Webb holds advanced degrees in organ performance from the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, having first completed undergraduate studies at St. Olaf College. A recognized composer, her works are published by Selah Publishing Co. A passionate church musician, Dr. Webb has served Episcopal parishes in Indiana, Minnesota, and Kansas, and serves on the board of directors of the Royal School of Church Music in America. In 2019, she was named in The Diapason’s “20 under 30” Class of 2019 in recognition of outstanding achievement in the fields of church music and organ performance.
In concert at Good Sam on the newly expanded Hochhalter/Casavant pipe organ, Dr. Webb will perform music by Herbert Howells, Cecilia McDowall, Samuel Scheidt, and more, spanning from the 16th Century to recently composed works. There’s sure to be something for everyone! Mark your calendars and come out to hear our own Diocese’s cathedral organist!
